Hi everyone
I've recently bought an Ionic and after finally getting it set up (nightmare!) I can't get my exercise shortcuts to sync. I bought this fitbit mostly for two things - to track walks and runs - and walking isn't even in the default shortcut list. When I change the list, either on the mobile app or on the web app, it doesn't update the list on my device. Can anyone who has successfully added walking to their exercise shortcuts advise on how you did it?

@pogiee Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with exercise shortcuts not syncing on Ionic. Thanks for adding the activities you want on the app and online dashboard.
In this case, in order for those shortcuts to sync to your watch; you need to make sure that your watch is actually syncing properly. The syncing process will make all the changes effective. Change the shortcuts and sync immediately after and they should update. If you are having trouble syncing, please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
