I keep on giving my Ionic more and more chances! I've still not had a decent reply to why I cannot listen to my own music whilst exercising through coach/ premium (I have since posting the problem cancelled my subscriptions) but now my torment continues!
When I try to select an exercise by going via the 'running man' icon the Ionic just returns to the main time screen also if I try to 'swipe up' to get todays feedback it does the same, returns to the main screen?
Any help greatly received, I have tried multiple restarts and factory resets.

Regarding the difficulties you're experiencing when trying to choose an exercise. I would like you to make sure you performed a restart following the tips on this article.
If that's the procedure you followed but you're still experiencing difficulties, please let me know if you're experiencing this only with the run exercise.
