Exercise not showing in Weekly exercise app in Ionic

Hi, my days of exercise are always correct on the App, they just never show up on the Ionic itself. Any ideas?  It’s been restarted. Thanks

Welcome to the Community @Andrew__H! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've performed. I was reviewing the forums and I found that these steps helped someone else, please try them out: 

 

  1. Go to Fitbit Dashboard > Account > Ionic > Remove device
  2. Remove it from your phone's Bluetooth
  3. Restart it
  4. Make sure your phone and Fitbit app are up to date
  5. Set it your Ionic once again

I know for my first ionic I had to turn the Bluetooth off completely, do the initial set up over WiFi & not wanting to chance it I waited for 2 days before I then set up the Bluetooth syncing again. That clock face didn’t last too long after that tbh and my current one is telling me different stats between watch and app again. Personally I’m looking into other manufacturers now.
