My ionic has stopped auto recognising my walks and runs. Installed an update about 10 days ago then the problem started. Have reset a couple of times but still not working.
I've had an Ionic nearly two years and it has never auto-tracked an excercise - I always have to manually start it on the watch itself. It counts the steps OK but just doesn't categorise them as an activity.
I have a Blaze and a Charge HR, both of which do auto-track.
