Face of iionin will not lighr with arm movement

my inoin will face will not show time with movement of the wrist. Just started

Hello @dong1946,

 

Sorry you are having problems.  Here are the steps you need to take:

1. Press and HOLD the Left Button

2. Slide Left accessing the RIGHT Screen

3. Screen Wake = Auto (This is the option you want)

4. QUICK Press of the Left Button

 

You should now be back to the Clock Face and things should be working the way you are expecting.  You may also want to do a Restart (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Resetting-Your-Ionic/m-p/2648298#M48727), just to make sure things are straight.

Hold down the left button of the Ionic and check that screen wake is set to Auto
