Hi factory reset of my ionic shows the message on screen data not cleared sync and try again but the watch won't sync its now frozen on that message have restarted the watch still the same any ideas?

Best AnswerFirst go into the bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the Ionic from there. Next go into the fitbit app on your phone - Account card (top right corner of the screen) - scroll down to set up a device (tap it) - select Ionic - replace your fitbit Ionic.
This will take you through the setup process again, but after that completes your Ionic should hopefully be working again.
