I've had issues with the magnetic charge plug matching with the 3 pins on the back side of the watch. It progressively got worse, cleaned with alcohol helped some.. Had to lay the watch / charge cord in a certain position (and not move) for it to charge. It got to the point that the 3 charge pins have degraded to the point that it won't charge. I asked whether there was a repair procedure, and was told my watch was out of warranty. Worthless watch if it can't be charged. The tech was "so gracious" to offer a discount on another device. Sorry! I'll never buy another Fitbit!
