Bought an Ionic had it replaced by Fitbit as it stopped working after 6 months, and now am on my 2nd replacement, and it's dead too all within 18 months. So, $400 down the drain, and the only response from customer service is here is 25% coupon to buy another one!!

Well considering you changed my original name and topic I am not
Very happy. I had **ahem**ty service with **ahem**ty product, And will NEVER recommend for it as a good product, certainly not worth the money.
