Firmware Update and other issues

I've tried everything and every suggestion to update my Fitbit firmware and nothing works. adding to it now is the sync rarely works properly and the sync failure notices and the notices for updates (that wont work) make my the screen bounce up and down so much its hard to navigate on my screen. I don't know the general consensus, I see lots of complaints, is it just time to leave fitbit for a new tracker?

Welcome to the Community @Username00l. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. I would like you to confirm you followed the procedure mentioned in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? Could you let me know which mobile device you're using to update your watch?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, no I still have had no success. I'm using and iphone 6s with the latest software update done. I have tried everything and literally wasted evening removing and re-installing devices and every other suggestion from forums etc. I think its just time to move on to something like that apple watch that will likely communicate a little better with other devices.

Even if I could get the ionic to stop giving me the firmware update notifications and the constant sync error message it would be a huge step. I can barely use the onscreen functions because they bounce around on my phone so much with the error messages popping up on top I can hit buttons fast enough.
