Seems something similar happened last time there was an update like this, and it turned out to involve some pushing and holding of buttons until some magic connection could be restored. It's all quite annoying.

@SunsetRunner did you get any error messages?
Optional but recommended:
Is your Ionic plugged in and charging?
Is your phone and ionic connected to the same wifi?
This can be done through Bluetooth but wifi is way faster.
Since part of the problem may be the phone, may I ask what phone you have?

I've tried both bluetooth and wifi. The bluetooth is working to play my already downloaded music, but doesn't seem to be able to function for this download. Ditto wifi. Just can't seem to connect.
