I just bought a fitbit ionic. The firmware is 27.31.1.16. Many of the apps and clock faces won't download until i have the latest version. I've tried the troubleshooting steps regarding restarting the phone and my device. Also deleting the device and repairing it. Nothing is working. Please assist!

Hello @Rootzone and welcome to the Help forums. Fitbit provides firmware updates to all users over time, not to all users all at once. New users who need a firmware upgrade usually get it in 24-48 hours after activation. Your firmware is several updates out of date. I can't tell you how many, because Fitbit changed some information in the Help articles. I can share a personal experience. I put an Ionic on my husband's account. At that time, I could tell it was seven updates out of date. Fitbit didn't give the entire seven updates all at once. It took a week and two updates. Be patient.
