Ionic screen not working

My screen is black but the Fitbit is charging and talking to my phone, it also vibrates when I get a message etc. How do I get the Screen back on ?

Please restart your Ionic and check if the screen turns on as expected. If it doesn't I'll be happy to create a case on your behalf with our Support team.

After 5 days of not working or charging the screen pops back on. Charging
now to see of I can sync it. Just ordered a replacement yesterday which has
already shipped.
