Can not find anywhere to give feedback on the Ionic for personalized workouts.
The manual says says you can do this on the Ionic & then sync to get a new personalized workout based on the feedback.
This is is what FitBit help says:
“Note: During a dynamic workout, you can provide feedback about the difficulty of the moves right on your watch. Sync your watch with the Fitbit app to receive a new personalized workout.”
