FitBit Ionic Display Showing No Data

My FitBit is syncing with the app, and the app shows data for today and the watch is displaying notifications (text messages).  However, the FitBit watch displays NaN for distance, dashes ("- ") for exercise, steps, and stairs.  The heart rate is not displaying either.  I restarted the watch twice this morning, and it still is not displaying data.

I have resolved the issue for anyone having the same problem.  I found a post that recommended changing the clock face.  I opened up the FitBit app, selected account, selected device then clock faces.  I went to All Clocks tab and selected a different clock face.  I have data now with the new clock face.
