FitBit Ionic clock running slow

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Following the recent update, my ionic is regularly running slow, it loses around 1-2 minutes every hour, I have it set up with all-day sync, and always connected. The time doesn't always automatically update on the watch after it has sync'd either.

This has only been an issue since I updated it to the latest OS a few days ago, is there any solution to this?

Luckily I only purchased it in March 2019 so have 3 months left on the warranty.

Any help or advise is appreciated.

Phone - Huawei Mate 10 Pro

Ionic firmware version - 27.70.7.14

Time zone is set to automatic, as it location

Hi @SunsetRunner,

This is certainly something that you may want to consider contacting Support (link at the bottom of the page) about.  It's not unusual for the devices to lose time occasionally, which can be solved by a quick sync to the phone.  However, you mentioned that this is happening every hour.  This is not normal behavior, so if you contact Support, I would ask for a battery test.
