Since the firmware update, my fitbit app on my Android phone (Nexus 6P) is using excessive data. Since Dec 5, according to Mobile Data usage on the phone, it has used 1.26GB of background data (and 54MB of foreground data). I am almost over my monthly usage. What is using all the data? I have Yelp and Flipboard installed. This problem didn't occur before the firmware update.

I’ve not installed Flipboard on my Ionic, as I have it on my phone and see no point in looking at tiny screen headlines. However, it can be very data hungry. The Fitbit app itself has very little call for data (in my last month I’ve used 139Mb of mobile data) so I’d look at third party apps as likely culprit.

Guess it's an Android thing then.
