My wife and I love our fitbits and in particular the Health View clock face because it shows our bpm, time slept with deep sleep, and temp/weather. Recently the temp/weather portion hasnt been updating or showing any info at all. We have tried resetting our fitbits and reinstalling the clock face with no luck. I tried to contact the developer but they havent respond and its been about 2 weeks. We did look for other clock faces but couldnt find any with sleep time displayed as good as HealthViews. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Hello @Animichae1 and welcome. I am not familiar with that developer and Clock Face, however, let me suggest the following:
Try resetting your Ionic. Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release. Once your Ionic restarts, resync your Ionic with the Fitbit App.

I want to no when did fitbit start charging for the clock faces when i got my ionic last year they where all free and there was lots to chose from.now you have to pay for them im confused as to why we have to pay for the clock faces.

Hello @Nicemmmm and welcome! You must be referring to the Clock Faces from the Third Party Developers. You are correct, some of them can charge a fee for you to own their Clock Faces, but usually they will have a "Trial Period" associated with the Clock Face so you can try it out prior to buying it. There are also many Third Party Developers who publish FREE Clock Faces. Finally, please be advised that ALL of the Fitbit Clock Faces are FREE.

Hello @Animichae1 , so to clarify, your data is appearing in the TODAY screen (where appropriate) and the Fitbit App on your devices, correct? It is just not appearing on your Clock Face (by a Third Party Developer), even after several Resets, correct?

Hello @Animichae1 , a thought. Try changing your Clock Face to any of the FITBIT Clock Faces. Than after you do that successfully, change your Clock Face back to the one you're having problems with. Did that assist in fixing the issue?
