Is the sleep setting on the App set to normal or sensitive, change to sensitive if it is set to normal.

I can't seem to see how one would do this. Doesn't seem to be a place to change it. But I did restart the fitbit and reinstalled the app and sleep came up now, so that's solved.

Glad it is working again. The setting for sleep is in the advanced tab on the app on the PC or the phone you can also change it on the website as well whichever is easiest.
