Fitbit Iconic MAC number location

Received a new Fitbit Iconic to replace Surge with a thousand cracks in glass and need to intergrate it into my sure home wifi. In order to do this I need to locate the MAC number. Unless I'm wrong it looks like the number on the bar code on the lower left side of the box. This number gets kicked out when I try to save my changes in my routers control panel under "Secure MAC authentication".

What am I overlooking.

There is a possibility that the store put the wrong display piece in the this box i.e. right MAC number wrong unit!

Help.

Go to settings on the device. Select about.  MAC address is there

Thanks for your response. Normally you can find the 12 digit MAC number on the shipping container......thanks again.
