Updated the firmware a day ago and my Iconic stopped working today.  It won't turn on.  Anyone experiencing the same issue?

The forum is exploding with the same issue you are having. The answer they are giving is the same they gave me.  You are past warrant [even though we broke it] here's 25% discount on a new one.
