Evening all. I've been sent a Fitbit iconic...when I try and load it up a blue bar slowly fills my screen going over the logo until it covers the whole device. When it fills up the screen it just starts again with the blue level...any idea how to stop it doing this and start it up?

That's showing the progress of a firmware update.  Just let it go until it finishes.  Best to leave it on charger close to phone/wifi.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello. I've already left it on charge for 13 hours with WiFi overnight that's why I'm a bit suspicious about it

Mine doing the same, difference is I’m on my second Ionic trying to replace first one.
