Can i us the Ionic GPS to direct me when visiting new places? Can i use it as Google maps instead of my phone?

Hello @CDA12 and welcome to the Help forums.  I looked in the Fitbit app gallery and there are two mapping apps available that look like they show live mapping.  I haven't tried either of them, so I don't know how well they work.  Many users think that Google bought Fitbit.  But the sale hasn't been completed.  So there is no Goggle Maps in the gallery.

 

Some users might find an app like this helpful.  But I always have my phone with me when I am in a new place.  The Ionic GPS is a battery hog.  I would tend to use my phone, except for a brief use, due to the phone's better battery.
