my fitbit Ionic stopped working after i was swimming. can anyone tell me how can i return it or how can i access warranty ?

Thnak you, but there is no number and there si no place when i can open a Case for a broken Ionic.
Can somebody give me a phone number for custommer support or an email ?

Mine has done the same, and it was a replacement as well. Started with the screen dimming and then not scrolling. Now it does not charge or work. Tried all the usual resets and nada. Emailed and messaged support on twitter and again nada. Very poor service, and blaming covid. Doesn't take much to answer an email
