Fitbit Ionic Heart Rate

Hi guys,

 

i’ve been using the Ionic for a couple of weeks now and suddenly it doesn’t read my heart rate anymore. Looking at the back of the watch all i see is a red light flashing instead of the usual green pure pulse light. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Wow, that really sucks! I haven't had that issue with any of my fitbit HR trackers. Have you swam with it, just out of curiosity? I haven't swam with my Ionic yet, as I am a little apprehensive to.
Have you tried re-starting your Ionic?

I’ve had my Fitbit iconic for a couple of days now and all of a sudden it’s not showing my heart rate or notifications. Anyone else having these issues??
