My Fitbit Ionic is less than 6 months old, it hasn't been worn for a few days, but I've just put it on charge, the screen is blank and I've tried resetting it. The charger is properly connected but nothing is happening, its been on charge for over 10 minutes and I'm not sure if its the charger. Does anyone know what might be happening?
Try a different charger “head” at least that’s what I think they’re called...

This happened to mine yesterday. I left it plugged into the charger for nearly 24 hours with no charge. Tried all the usual tricks of changing plugs, cables etc as well as a manual reset. Then all of a sudden, after 24hrs of no action, it started charging again. Now it is fully charged but not detecting heart rate for some reason. Oh the joys of it all.
