@ceccodublin82 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the sleep stages tracked with your Ionic. Also, thanks for performing a restart on it in order to sort this out.

Is your heart rate being tracked correctly every night? Check these wrist placement tips to always have HR tracked. There are some other reason aside from battery level that may be preventing your watch to track sleep stages. Check them out on this helpful article.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi Santi,

as you asked to share the outcome , just to let you know i got the same service as the other users complaining about this issue on Ionic .

got a couple emails asking me to do the standard switch on off and then they told me it s a known issue and they are working on it but they dont know when it is going to be fixed. i sort of challenged that answer as i can see in the forum people getting the same answers since Ocotber 2017 , saying i bouthg fitbit most expensive item to have access to certain features . they replied copying and pasting the previous answers  ( we know we have an issue and we are working on it ) and that's it . Not really happy but what i can do, that's why Apple is up there i guess. giorgio

I've been having a similar problem with the Sleep Stages.  It has always (since June) had the occasional night where I get the Sleep Pattern instead, but since late July, I will get 1-5 nights in a row of the Sleep Pattern.  I also recently lost the vibration with notifications.  The vibrations works on Timer, so I know the function is still there.

I may be technically challenged, but I don't think I caused these things to happen, or not happen as the case may be.

This forum is useless. I contacted customer service and got some help. You have to have or open a Twitter account to do so, but it was worth it.

latest i got from CS

Also please note that even though we are still working on this issue, receiving sleep stages can be affected by a combination of your movement during sleep, HRV data, and personal physiology. Because of this, we do not believe a replacement will address this issue. We appreciate your understanding.
