Ionic not holding charge or syncing

A day or two ago, my ionic isn't holding charge (100% to 15% overnight) and won't sync to the app. Anybody know or have this issue?

Hi Andy, exactly the same thing happened to me this week. Charging my Ionic twice a day now. It’s less than 2 years old.
