Ionic is not receiving notifications

I have an ionic. Notifications are set to display on my iPhone 6 Plus a and they do pop on that. Why don’t they appear on my Fitbit?

Thanks for letting me know that you're not able to see your notifications on your Fitbit Ionic. Your iPhone 6 Plus is a supported device, so it should be working. What is the OS version of your iPhone? Some users have reported notifications issues after updating to iOS 13. You can try the steps here: Why are notifications delayed or missing? 

 

Please give it a try and keep me posted on the resolution.
