Ever since I have gotten my fitbit 7 months ago, I have been having many problems with it. Recently my Fitbit has not been syncing to my phone. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would work. Nothing happened, so I then disconnected my Fitbit from my phones bluetooth and still nothing. I tried resetting my Fitbit and then tried reconnecting it to my phone and nothing happened. I then proceeded to do a factory reset on my Fitbit and the screen says "Data not cleared Sync and try again". How do I fix it. (It can't be synced because it won't connect to my phone) Thanks for the help.

You will need to remove the Ionic from your account via the fitbit app, and then unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
Once you've done this, proceed to set up the device again in the fitbit app. It should hopefully work after that.
