First, yesterday my Ionic started tracking steps even when I was not wearing it. So this morning I did a factory reset. Now I have firmware 70.7.14 and now it's not tracking anything. I am get notifications and that's all. Was working fine up to this point.
I have tried the reset several times and have tried removing it and running the setup several time and nothing seems to work. I have also tried different clock faces and still nothing.

When you were not wearing it Was the Fitbit near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.
