Fitbit Ionic Not Turning On

Hi all my ionic has decided it won’t turn on or possibly charge itself it’s only 9 months old any ideas thanks John

Have you tried pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (to try and initiate a restart)?

I am having the same issue! And yes, I have tried resetting, Holding the right and lower left button and still get nothing. My screen stays black. I have also only had mine under a year.
