How do I get my ftbit to come alive after syncing the first time. Allan.

@Gason Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting your inquiry on this thread regarding your Ionic.

What do you mean by that? Ionic should be on after you finish the set up process. Is your not turning on?

If it is not turning on try performing a restart on your watch. That should help.

Also, please check if you have any firmware update available. If you have any, please update your watch.

This problem has been resolved. Just had to make sure the watch synced for long enough time to get the full firmware update.
