I have had my Fitbit for about a year now and yesterday I went to check how many steps I had done and it wouldn’t turn on so I put it on charge thinking it was just dead and it wasn’t charging so I left it for 12 hours and still my Fitbit will not turn on. I have tried resetting it aswell, what can I do?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic not turning on. Thanks for trying to charge it and for performing a restart on it.
When you plug it in to the charging cable, does it shows it is charging?
I'd recommend trying these tips for batteries that are not charging. Cleaning the contacts is something that has helped other users in the past.
Another thing you could try if the above does not work is changing the clock face on your Ionic. This has helped other users in the past too.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
