Hello.
My Fitbit has been resetting itself randomly throughout the day, even while exercising. I saw that there was an update, to which I did update it and it now has Version 27.71.6.19, and it still reset itself this morning while in the weight program. Please help as I don't want my progress to be loss while working out.

Mine does the same thing but not always while running the exercise programs. Can be just sitting there, go to unlock it and it reboots. Can happen several times a day or once a day.

I appreciate that you mentioned your Ionic seems to be resetting several times a day. I would like you to restart your watch and make sure you have the latest firmware version installed. After this please continue monitoring it and let me know the results.
