it is very irritating ,the watch is 2.5 yrs old ,will not buy other one until they have sorted out their issues with software updates
Best Answerthe same thing has happened to me. It shut itself off after being at 15% battery. I have charged it for hours, tried multiple outlets, it will not turn back on.
Best AnswerMy iconic is less than 6 months old.
Best AnswerI have the same problem
Best AnswerWoke up this morning and my time display was blank. I was able to see my Ring notifications and other icons but could not see time. Pressed all the buttons to no avail. Went to my FITBIT App on my iPhone and it said a firmware update was available. I plugged in my Ionic FITBIT and hit update. After a couple of minutes firmware was installed and IONIC was back to normal
