Fitbit Ionic - Screen limited response

Hi, i noticed the other day that the screen has stopped responding properly on my Ionic. I have never had a problem with it before. It's still on and side buttons work fine but cannot control the screen. Sometimes if i press it a few times there is a delayed response and they stuff happens all at once. 

 

I've tried resetting it, charging it, nothing helps.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
