I performed a factory reset on my ionic but I can't set it up. I have looked through all the articles and tried each one - shutting off bluetooth, removed all bluetooth connections, restarting my phone, restarting my fitbit, trying to set it up on my phone and laptop, none have worked. My ionic is just showing the fitbit logo and the setup just times out each time, saying it couldn't find a device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, let me know if there's anything else I can try besides what I've already tried above.
Thanks

Welcome to the Community @Bruin9. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I appreciate the research done prior posting. I would like you to confirm if you're still having issues setting up your Ionic or if you were able to set it up? Could you let me know which mobile device you're using?
Keep me posted!

Hi there, thanks for the quick reply!
I did manage to set up my ionic, although I didn't try anything different, it just luckily worked this time. It still has problems synching with my phone which is a OnePlus 6. Additionally, my ionic's time seems to be slow. It lags behind and ends up being over 10 minutes late until I sync it, but as I mentioned, the synching is extremely spotty and unreliable so there's been some time where the time is fairly inaccurate with no way of tweaking it.
Any help in the matter is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for getting back @Bruin9. I appreciate that you mentioned the phone you're using.
It's pretty weird that your watch isn't always syncing with your OnePlus 6. I would like you to check that you have all these requirements:
Let me know if it syncs normally after checking the above.
