Fitbit Ionic displays wrong time and won’t update

Beginning yesterday morning my Ionic began displaying the wrong time. The time never updates or changes at all now unless I shut it down and restart it. I have tried all the fixes related to time and time zones. Nothing works. The time is just wrong all the time and there’s not much point in wearing a watch with the wrong time. My steps always say zero or “defined”. The date is the only correct information and nothing else updates at all. Very frustrating. I keep hoping something will work.

That sounds really weird. If several restarts dont get itnworking correctly again, try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If it isnstill not working correctly younwill need to contact Support (link in my signature)
