Fitbit Ionic doesn't vibrate anymore

I don't get any vibration on my Ionic anymore. No alert when reached daily step goal, reminders to move or call or text notifications. I have shutdown the watch, uninstalled and installed the app, paired again with Bluetooth and factory reset and no change. Please can anyone help? I'm a bit annoyed now
