Has anyone else had frequent problems with the Ionic?
I got mine a couple months ago and I’m currently on my second (and talking to customer support about a possible third). The day I got it, it was dying after 4-6 hours tops and the Bluetooth was very shotty/hard to get to work. I contacted Fitbit at the time and was able to get a replacement pebble shipped out to me. Fast forward to yesterday, the left side button up and fell out! I contacted supported and it was an ‘unexpected issue’ so the case has been transferred to a higher department. Now waiting on an email about how this issue can be resolved, but I’m just in awe. I’ve had several Fitbit devices in the past (flex, 2 different charge hr, & a blaze) and I’ve never had so many problems with any Fitbit before.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Yesterday my Ionic started showing inaccurate time and refusing to sync most of the time. I spent several hours trying to resolve the issues and wound up doing a factory reset that resulted in a data not deleted, try again and a red X screen. Long story short- finally called customer service and she quickly walked me through several steps (most of which I had already done) Very pleasant customer service person and after 40 minutes we both agreed this wasn't resolving anything. She immediately sent me emails to obtain a replacement. Although I was unhappy about the broken Ionic, I was very happy about the quick customer service.
