Since the latest upgrade my Ionic has been losing time!
I have gone through all the resetting, reloading that is mentioned repeatedly through these forums so please do not respond asking me to do it all again! It now won’t sync, connect or keep time. I’d like to know who resolves this please? This was bought less than 12mths ago so under warranty and isn’t cheap. Is it for Fitbit to replace? If so how? or should John Lewis take it back as I have the receipt? Pointless me having it now. I havnt the time to be syncing a watch every 5mins just to keep the time! Very disappointing Fitbit!

@Barkerbird It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't keeping the time and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since it is sync but the device itself doesn't keep the time I suggest you try a Factory Reset. For this go to settings > about > Factory Reset on your Ionic. Please do note that you will need to set it up again on your account so sync it before the reset to avoid losing any data.
Let me know how it goes!
