Fitbit Ionic hangs when I get app notifications

My fitbit ionic hangs after I get any app message notifications and also phone calls. It displays the message, but gets stuck and I am unable to reply. Not able to attend call as well due to the same issue.

@Sara_P Welcome to the Community. Thanks for taking the time to share what you're experiencing with your Ionic when receiving notifications. 

I would like you to restart your Ionic and delete it from your phone's Bluetooth. After this, please set it up as a new device on your account and set the notifications once again. Is this happening only when you receive notifications or when you're navigating through your Ionic's display too?

Thanks for your reply. I have done the process you had mentioned. But the
issue still persists. This issue exists even when I navigate the screens.
It gets hanged with the clock screen.

Thanks for your reply. I have already done the restart process you had mentioned. And the issue still persists. This issue also happens when I navigate the ionic display. It gets hanged with the clock screen. I need to press the left and bottom right button to restart and make it work. This happens very often.
