Fitbit Ionic hourly activity app isn't scyching correctly with the tracker

I bought myself a Fitbit Ionic for my birthday in Feburary, thinking that it was going to be an awesome experience. I have found this device to be one problem after another. My newest issue comes after the firmware update to OS2. My tracker is correctly showing that I'm meeting the 250 steps an hour for 10 hours, however the Laptop App and Phone App are showing that my 250 steps for some of the hours are incomplete. Today I watched the 9:00 hour correctly display in both Apps, but when the 10 O'clock hour rolled around the 9:00 hour on the Apps were missing. I have reset the I-phone, laptop and Ionic. I have even done a factory reset on the Ionic, unpaired, removed, revoked and deleted and re-installed the App and the issue is still occurring. I have provided 2 photos, Can anyone please offer any advice..

@Mililani30 my I ask what phone the App is on? You mention a laptop but is it a Mac or Win 10. Are you looking at the data through a web browser?

If iIdo a search iIfind that there seems to be a known issue with some android users.

Having a similar problem.

App on IPhone 8 and ionic fully updated.

Whenever I get the 10 minute notification to complete the 250 hourly steps, the ionic will register the steps properly when completed.

However, if I have had the 10 minute notification, the app will not show that the steps have been completed no matter how many I go past the 250.

Have tried resets and restarts, the lot - no luck rectifying this yet.

I just had the same thing happen today. It's never been an issue before, but my Samsung Galaxy S8+ is not showing I got my first hour, even though I watched it score on my watch and my watch still says I got it.

Hello Rich, my apologies for the delay in responding. The phone I am using is an iPhone 6 Plus and my computer is a Mac Book Air. I am reviewing the data through the Ionic web browser on my laptop and through the app on my I-phone.

Kind regards,

Monique

I have had the same issue - happens every once in a while, where I see full hourly steps on my tracker, but when I sync it to my phone, there is an hour here or there missing. I emailed Fitbit support in July 2017 and this was their response:

We're sorry to hear that the Hourly Activity Goal on your tracker is not matching your Fitbit dashboard.
We're happy to assist you, and thanks for the pictures provided. We've confirmed that this is an issue with our site, bur rest assured that our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any inconvenience it's caused, and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Please let us know if there's anything we may do to assist you in the meantime. We'll be glad to help you.

So it's been going on for quite a while....

For the record, I'm using an Ionic (updated to most recent firmware), phone is a Samsung Note 8 (app is updated to most recent version).

Hopefully they resolve this soon.
