Hello,

My Fitbit does not charge anymore, I've tried all the solution presented here in the forum such as:

-Factory reset 

-Charge it overnight 

-Charge with different sources

-Factory reset after the charge

 

After doing all of the above steps my Fitbit is still dead. No signal in the screen nothing!!!

Can someone please help me with this.

We all are having problems like this with our Fitbit ionic; however, if you ionic is out of warranty, Fitbit will do nothing to help/replace our faulty ionics. So, the best we can do is to move to another brand, which truly respect loyal customers.
