Hi I noticed my 3 month old ionic pedometer stopped counting.
I thought no worries I'll just resync/set up but I've tried everything. I
have reset watch, uninstalled app, turned off Bluetooth (all at the same time) removed Ionic. Even changed my password!
But regardless the app is not picking up the watch. Am at the end of my tether and feeling pretty cross.
Anyone got any advice on what else I could do?

Wow looking around this forum I can't believe how many problems there are. 😓
I'm wondering if maybe my problem has got something to do with the firmware update. But, doesn't really matter what caused it the issue is the same.

Syncing problems have always been an issue but there do seem to be a lot of posts lately. Whatever the cause the steps I usually suggest are:
