This is my second ionic that died.
It won't charge or turned on. Can't reboot it, factory settings. I had almost 40% battery left in my ionic when it started to work funny.
It froze the fitbit logo flashed the battery showed 0 % than it started to work again and still showing 38 % battery left. Than it went dark and is still dark two hours later whit the charger connected on it. Nothing works.
Reading several people have the same problems.
My first ionic went dead after 3 years this one went dead just short from 3 years.
Is this something that is built into the device so it stops working after some time???
Fitbit fraud....!
First time I got a new ionic from the shop where I bought it, and this time if they still want to give me a new ionic I think I rather will have my money back or go for a another brand.

If your Ionic is near 3 years old and the shop is going to "give" you a new one - why wouldn't you? I'd be VERY surprised if they replace it. Good for you if they do.
I'd be happy with that.😊

We have 5 years period. Even if warranty have gone out after 2 years we still have consumer rights that last for 5 years after purchase of the product.
If the product is ment to last longer than two years.

Wow!. You'll get a replacement Ionic for life!
😁
Whilst 5 years would be a good life out of an Ionic. I can't imagine too many will last 5 years. Remains to be seen.
