Fitbit Ionic is not charging

My Fitbit Ionic is no longer charging.  I do not swim or take showers with the device and am very careful with it.  Please let me know if there are any ways to work with the problem.

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
