Fitbit Ionic just closed down while out on a run...

For some reason my fitbit app logged out on my mobile and wanted a password. As I dont carry it around with I had to wait till I got home to get it.

But this evening I went out for a run from work.  Set the watch on a run and just as I finished what I think was a 6 mile run I went to end the run and it just packed up. Powered off.

I plugged in the charger and nothing is happening.. Tyoally blamk screen, no power..

Assumed it was a charging issue. Back on chargi

Hi, had the same issue and I did a hard reset and it works again. You will lose your data for today. To reset hold all three buttons until you see the fitbit sign. Once it dissappear let go of bottom left button and continue to hold other 2 until the fitbit vibrates. Give it a minute and put it recharging. NOTE you will have to set up ionic again.
