I have Fitbit iconic. The last time I've tried to install the update it just freezed and now refuse working. All I have is the Futbit logo on my screen which sometimes turns black and then shows the logo again. I've tried to reset the device according to the recommendations on official website(press left and bottom right bottom) but it's given me no result. I also reconnected it on the App and tried to connect it again but it also hasn't worked. Charging or waiting till the battery is dead is not working. I've tried everything: pressing all the buttons, syncing the device and uninstalling the App. Nothing helped. I can't even understand if the reset worked or not, because the screen just randomly turns black or shows me logo.
Have anybody ever faced such problem? I'll be really thankful for any any advice.
