Fitbit Ionic left button sticking

I have a Fitbit ionic that I’m pretty sure has some dry wall dust under the button that isn’t allowing it to press down. I’ve tried the recommended cleaning techniques including brushing with a toothbrush for a long period of time. Any other tips on how I can clean it or safely remove the button to clean under it and reattach it?

@TaylorGonzalvo Welcome to the Community. Thanks for procedure followed in order to clean your Ionic's button.

I would like you to confirm that you've tried the following troubleshooting: You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
